This is Your Overall/Umbrella GMM Program

The GMM creates and details the company’s maintenance management standards for people, organizations, inspections, training and so much more. Then there are supplements for each individual aircraft with specifics for just that aircraft, about maintenance, records, tags, logbooks, 8130s, and more, as these may be handled differently in a company even if the same aircraft type, usually due to different aircraft owners.

The Approval Process

This can be trying and takes longer than the GOM, so start early, months early if you can.

Manuals You Receive

You receive a minimum of five completed manuals so you have copies for the FAA, the DOM, the aircraft, flight operations, and the owners, as need be.

COPIES – You receive the final PDFs, of course as you may need them for electronic use or local prints. You also receive 5 final approved copies, though you may receive more as we go along with any changes.
